Terms of Use
Terms governing your use of the A-Lit Digital website. Project engagements have their own Master Services Agreement — these terms cover this site only.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the website at alitdigital.com. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't, please stop using it.
Commercial engagements with A-Lit Digital are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA). Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services.
2. Who we are
A-Lit Digital Services Ltd., a company registered in Kenya, with offices in Nairobi.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, illustrations, brand marks — is owned by A-Lit Digital Services Ltd. or used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. You may not republish our content wholesale without written permission.
Client logos shown are used with permission from those clients. Case study data is real. Where names or exact figures are withheld, that's noted in the case study.
4. Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate. We don't guarantee it. Specifications, timelines, and pricing mentioned are indicative; a binding quote is only issued as part of a signed proposal.
5. Our liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website. That said, nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or anything the law says cannot be limited.
6. External links
This site links to third-party sites (e.g., our social profiles). We're not responsible for the content of those sites.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
