Elad homepage screenshot

Elad

2024

Lifestyle · Consumer brand · Authentic. Unique. Irresistible.

Elad is a Kenyan lifestyle brand built around a signature “Authentic. Unique. Irresistible.” identity. The site needed to carry that confidence visually — bold, considered, never noisy — while doubling as an e-commerce shopfront.

What we built
WordPress build with WooCommerce, M-Pesa and card payment integration, custom product gallery, and on-page SEO foundation for organic discovery in the Kenyan market.
Problem solved
Elad needed an online channel that matched the premium positioning of the brand and could take payments without sending customers to a third-party checkout — preserving margin and the brand experience end-to-end.
Dew Point Naturals homepage screenshot

Dew Point Naturals

2022

Beauty · Personal care · Naturals you can trust on skin

Dew Point Naturals is a Kenyan naturals and skincare label. The site reads as clean, botanical, and ingredient-led — built for shoppers who read labels and care where their products come from.

What we built
WooCommerce storefront with variable products, M-Pesa Daraja integration, ingredient-led product pages, and a content layer for skincare education that doubles as long-tail SEO.
Problem solved
Selling naturals in a market full of unverifiable claims means the website has to do the credibility work. Dew Point needed a shop that felt as trustworthy as the products inside it.
MDA Africa homepage screenshot

MDA Africa

2024

Events · Wellness · Studios · Africa's premier wellness events agency

MDA operates a dance, fitness and events brand alongside MDA Xperience — Africa's premier wellness events agency. The site has to hold both: the studio-floor energy of classes and the polish of a corporate events partner.

What we built
Multi-section WordPress build covering studio class schedules, events portfolio, image and video galleries, and lead-capture forms feeding the events sales pipeline.
Problem solved
A single audience-split site is hard — gym members and corporate event buyers want completely different things. MDA needed a structure where both could land, recognise themselves, and act in under thirty seconds.
Lidoc Tours & Safaris homepage screenshot

Lidoc Tours & Safaris

2024

Tourism · Safari · Kenya on your terms

Lidoc Tours & Safaris sells curated Kenyan safari and tour experiences to a mix of domestic and international travellers. The site has to do what every aggregator strips out: convey the actual feel of the country.

What we built
WordPress build with itinerary post type, gallery-rich destination pages, enquiry-to-booking flow, and SEO targeting both “Kenya safari” international queries and Nairobi-based weekend-trip searches.
Problem solved
Booking through Booking.com or Viator hands 15–25% of every reservation to the platform. Lidoc needed direct enquiries that convert — meaning the site itself had to earn trust the way an OTA listing cannot.
All Shades homepage screenshot

All Shades

2024

Beauty · Cosmetics · Every shade, every skin

All Shades is a Kenyan beauty and cosmetics retailer with a deliberate inclusivity angle in the name itself. The site reads like a shop, not a brochure — product-first, browse-first.

What we built
WooCommerce build with shade-grid product cards, filterable categories, M-Pesa and card checkout, and a mobile-first layout because Kenyan beauty traffic is overwhelmingly mobile.
Problem solved
Cosmetics buyers abandon checkout the moment friction appears. All Shades needed a path from Instagram tap to confirmed M-Pesa payment short enough to keep impulse buys alive.
Midland Health homepage screenshot

Midland Health

2024

Healthcare recruitment · UK · Healthcare professionals, placed with care

Midland Health Care Services is a UK-based healthcare recruitment firm placing professionals across NHS and private settings. The site has to function as both a candidate funnel and a client-facing credentials piece.

What we built
WordPress build with a careers portal, applicant-tracking integration, role listings with filterable specialty and location, and a content layer signalling regulatory compliance.
Problem solved
Healthcare recruitment is dominated by large incumbents. Midland needed a site that looked institutional enough for NHS trust managers to take seriously while staying frictionless for nurses and clinicians applying on a phone between shifts.
Shamz Media homepage screenshot

Shamz Media

2023

Media · Photography & film · Stories, shot well

Shamz Media is a Nairobi-based media house doing photography, film production, and content for brands and events. A media-house site has nowhere to hide — the work itself has to be the layout.

What we built
WordPress build prioritising image and video performance, lazy-loaded portfolio grid, project case studies, and a booking enquiry flow that funnels straight into Shamz's sales process.
Problem solved
Photographers and filmmakers lose work to whoever shows up first in the search and presents the cleanest reel. Shamz needed a site that loaded fast enough on Nairobi 4G and looked good enough to close briefs.
Vunulu homepage screenshot

Vunulu

2025

Cultural lifestyle · Events & retail · Luhya culture, lived loudly.

Vunulu Luhya Vibes is a 2025 Kenyan cultural brand built around Luhya identity from Western Kenya. The site holds apparel, festivals and a WooCommerce shop on one feed. Part stage, part storefront for a brand launching on it.

What we built
WordPress build with WooCommerce, a portfolio gallery for festivals and product photography, and a contact-and-bookings flow. Dark, gold-accented theme that carries the Luhya cue without slipping into pastiche.
Problem solved
A new culture brand has thirty seconds to land before it reads as either earnest or kitsch. Vunulu needed a site that carried festivals, merch and origin story in one feed. The brand could open with a stage already built.
XCADO homepage screenshot

XCADO

2024

Agribusiness · Export · Kenyan avocados, world-grade

XCADO is a Kenyan avocado exporter pitching directly to international buyers. The site is effectively a B2B credentials piece — it has to perform the role of a trade-show booth for procurement officers in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

What we built
WordPress corporate site with product specification sheets, certifications and traceability content, multi-channel contact, and SEO targeting ‘Kenyan avocado supplier’ and Hass-variety procurement terms.
Problem solved
Avocado exports turn on buyer confidence in supply consistency and grade. XCADO needed a site that lets a procurement manager forward the URL to their boss without follow-up questions about whether the supplier is real.
