For the purposes of Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

When you use our website:

• Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, company, message).
• Newsletter signups (email only).
• Basic analytics (page views, referrer, country-level location). No IP addresses are stored beyond the analytics session.

When you work with us:

• Project information you share with us during scoping and delivery.
• Billing details (company name, PIN, address) required for invoicing.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, biometric, political opinions) via the website.

Why we collect it

• Contact form: to reply to your enquiry.
• Newsletter: to send you one email a month; opt out anytime from the email footer.
• Analytics: to understand how the site is used and improve it. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not set third-party cookies or track individuals across sites.
• Delivery data: to deliver the work we've been hired to do.

How long we keep it

• Contact form submissions: 24 months, unless you become a client (in which case they become part of the client record).
• Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe.
• Client records: 7 years, in line with Kenyan tax and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

• Payment processors (M-Pesa, Stripe, bank) where you pay us directly.
• Hosting providers for the operation of this site.
• Professional advisors (auditors, lawyers) where required.

We never sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to:

• Have it corrected if it's wrong.
• Have it deleted where there's no legal reason for us to keep it.
• Object to processing for direct marketing.
